Synopsis Becchin to Mandara

Set in an apocalyptic post-war Japan, Becchin to Mandara follows the lives of both girls appropriately named Becchin and Mandara as they face everything the world can throw at them, from the mundane and ordinary to the bizarre and absolutely insane. The states of the characters' minds and of the world around them vary dramatically as they face the titular "anomalies", only leaving the lasting impression that nothing is certain, and this abstract, crazy world sucks people in and leaves only confusion and shock in its wake.
